Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for Private Banking, focusing on HNW/UHNW clients across Europe & Central Asia. You will work with Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists to tailor wealth solutions and grow client relationships in a regulated, high-trust environment.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across compliance, risk and product teams, ensuring sound financial guidance and proactive client acquisition and retention in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years related experience.
• Good knowledge of private banking products and solutions and expertise of the Europe & Central Asia market with relevant networks.
• Understanding of Banking compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client centricity.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate widely with various internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/UHNW clients within the Europe & Central Asia market.
• Implement geographical focused strategy in line with the overall business strategy.
• Build and develop a deep understanding of clients’ investment needs.
• Provide sound financial advice to clients working in partnership with the Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists.
• Be a strong advisor to the clients in their wealth journeys and work to continually strengthen the client relationships.
• Ensure compliance to the bank's and regulatory requirements.
