Job summary

BDO UNIBANK, INC. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a Business Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects for the Singapore branch. You will assist the Commercial Banking Head and the Chief Executive to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include planning, tracking, and reporting; managing resources and vendors; and coordinating diverse internal and external teams to drive project success and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of process enhancement, product development, or process automation projects
• Prepare a detailed project plan outlining key milestones, workstreams, and activities; manage delivery
• Track project progress and provide regular reports on status to project team and stakeholders
• Manage and adjust for changes in project priority, scope, schedule, and budget
• Identify, escalate and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee communication and relationships with project stakeholders
• Manage internal resources and/or external vendors to ensure successful project completion
• Coordinating diverse teams including internal and third-party members
• Applies good project management practices such as breaking down interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks
• Articulates problems, bring the right people together to solve problems and close issues
• Applies lessons learned from recent projects to future projects
