Job summary

Oracle’s Data Center Infrastructure Delivery team seeks a seasoned Senior Program Delivery leader to drive multibillion-dollar AI infra deployment portfolios. You will coordinate priorities, resources, and materials across projects while guiding Principal TPMs in a high-velocity environment.

You will communicate with executives and stakeholders, lead end-to-end program delivery, and shape long-term strategies for data center construction, network builds, and tenant integrations, ensuring quality

Qualifications

• 20 years of Project Management Professional or equivalent certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced construction environments.
• Expertise in developing long-term strategies and program-level requirements.
• Deep understanding of cabling solutions (copper, fibre) and data center design/operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multibillion AI infrastructure deployment portfolio and coordinate deployment plans across projects.
• Lead multiple Principal TPMs to align plans with maximum capacity in a high-velocity environment.
• Maintain executive-level communications with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Serve as end-to-end program leader from shaping approach to delivering outcomes.
• Develop long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to coordinate designs before contracting.
• Oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out and LV integration with overall project scope.
• Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and supplier relationships.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource use.
• Identify risks and develop mitigations to minimize impact on timelines and costs.
• Implement QA processes to ensure construction quality and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular project site visits to monitor schedule and quality.

Responsibilities

• Senior Program Delivery leader that oversee multiple multibillion AI infrastructure deployment portfolio, strategizing the deployment plan by coordination the priority, resources and materials across the projects.
• Leading multiple Principal TPM to align plan to maximum capacity deploying in a high velocity environment
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with Executive level (SVP) internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Being the end-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.
• Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects to align with organizational goals.
• Partner with the design team to ensure design and construction are fully coordinated in advance of contracting.
• Partner with Construction team to ensure collaboration and seem less handoff
• Project Management: Oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Tenant Fit Out and LV Integration: Work closely throughout design, construction, commissioning and LV fit out to fully coordinate and integrate the separate scopes of tenant fit out projects with the overall project scope.
• Vendor Management: Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of construction and operational efficiency.
• Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality will be required throughout the life of the project on an as needed basis.

Required Skills

• 20 years of Project Management Professional or equivalent certification.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of cabling solutions, including copper, fibre and bulk fibre. Clear understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and sustainability.
• Project Management: Proven expertise in managing large-scale data center construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery including advanced project scheduling and tracking.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Budget Management: Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing project budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

Vendor Management: Extensive experience in selecting, negotiating, and managing contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
