Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; Masters or Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong technical problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and data-driven quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and refines semiconductor manufacturing processes from NTI/NPI to high-volume manufacturing.
• Oversees process development, qualification, and continuous improvement of silicon technologies.
• Drives wafer yield improvement with SPC and data-driven methods in collaboration with product engineering.
• Supports technology transfer and product qualification from NTI/NPI to HVM with cross-functional teams.
• Ensures process robustness and Quality Compliance, including Change Management with quality partners.
• Leads rapid response to quality escalations in collaboration with SQE.
• Assists Sourcing on cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
