DenseLight Semiconductors PTE LTD seeks an experienced MOCVD process engineer to develop and maintain epitaxial growth capabilities aligned with the company roadmap. You will operate planetary and horizontal reactors, monitor in-situ growth, and perform post-growth characterization to support production and development projects.

Qualificações

• A minimum 8 years of experience in MOCVD epigrowth process for III-V materials.
• Experience with planetary reactors and related manufacturing/development environments.
• Experience coordinating with R&D, Quality and Operations teams.

Responsabilidades

• Operate MOCVD planetary and horizontal reactor systems for epitaxial growth on production and development projects.
• Lead and execute MOCVD epigrowth engineering activities to meet design goals.
• Improve quality indices and apply SPC, and manage process change control.
• Set up quality programs with work instructions and process documentation.
• Track material usage and drive cost reductions.
