Search Staffing Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer in ATE Test Engineering to lead test program development for Advantest V93K/A93K testers. You will support wafer sort, burn-in, and final test while ensuring quality, yield, and production readiness.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Principal) in semiconductor test development, with hands-on experience on V93K/V93000 platforms, and strong collaboration with OSATs and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years semiconductor experience for Senior Engineer, 8+ years for Principal Engineer.

Responsabilités

• Develop, debug, and optimize semiconductor test programs for Advantest V93K/A93K testers.
• Characterise and validate new chips, qualify test programs, release for mass production.
