Job summary

FSK Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Principal / Senior Engineer – Semiconductor Test Engineering to drive test development, qualification and manufacturing release for automotive semiconductors in Singapore.

The role covers NPI through mass production with close collaboration with product engineering, OSATs and manufacturing partners. Ideal candidates bring hands-on ATE test development experience, familiarity with Advantest V93000 (V93K) and strong problem-solving skills to improve yield, cost

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in Electrical/Electronic/Semiconductor engineering.
5+ years semiconductor experience (Senior) or 8+ years (Principal).
Experience releasing test solutions for high-volume manufacturing.
Experience with OSAT partners and test operations.
Knowledge of ATE software and hardware.

Responsibilities

Lead transfer of wafer sort, burn-in and final test into manufacturing.
Develop, debug, release and maintain ATE test programmes for high-volume production.
Support silicon bring-up, electrical characterisation and production validation.
Improve test coverage, efficiency, and production readiness.
Qualify and maintain test hardware (probe cards, load boards, burn-in boards).
Collaborate with OSAT partners to resolve test and production issues.
Support NPI, reliability qualification, and product / process changes.
