Job summary

M.Y World Preschool is seeking a Cluster Manager to lead a group of centre principals, ensuring high-quality preschool services and regulatory compliance. You will drive strategic alignment with our SPARK/ECDA framework and KPIs, while developing leadership and teamwork across the cluster.

You will work to sustain financial health as an Anchor Operator and collaborate with HQ on curriculum, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture aligned with our core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or higher.
• More than 2 years as Senior Centre Leader or 5 years as Centre Leader managing multiple centres.
• Adept at leading, mentoring, communicating with and engaging people to deliver excellent service.
• Able to operate strategies, work independently, think analytically and creatively to solve problems.
• Familiar with SPARK, ECDA regulations, and Anchor Operator (AOP) knowledge is advantageous.
• Understand the potential of digital technologies, including Microsoft 365, Data Analytics and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and engage a group of centre principals under your care.
• Deliver preschool services in line with regulatory requirements and our Vision, values and KPIs.
• Aim for KPIs as Anchor Operator (AOP) appointed by ECDA and support financial sustainability.
• Align cluster operations with POS longer-term directions.
• Develop principals through education, coaching and mentorship experiences.
• Foster cohesive teams and contribute to People & Talent Engagement policies.
