Job summary

Prefab Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Delivery Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of precast delivery, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

You will coordinate with clients to plan and monitor schedules, guarantee timely delivery and site readiness, lead joint inspections for quality before installation, manage site logistics and documentation, and report on improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of precast construction experience; 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of precast production, delivery, and installation in Singapore.
• Familiar with BCA guidelines and Singapore Standards.
• Experience with clients, consultants, RTO/RE stakeholders.
• Strong QC knowledge including NCRs and defect management.
• Knowledge of WSH regulations and safe site practices.
• Leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CAD/BIM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of precast delivery operations aligned with project timelines.
• Lead coordination with clients to plan, monitor, and optimize delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery and site readiness per contractual requirements.
• Direct joint inspections with client reps to ensure precast quality before installation.
• Monitor site logistics for efficient offloading within timelines.
• Maintain documentation and control of delivery records and tracking.
• Establish storage/handling procedures and report deviations.
• Consolidate quality feedback from RTO/RE/clients and report improvements.
