Job summary

Hor Kew Corporation Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Delivery Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of precast delivery, coordinating with clients to plan schedules and ensure site readiness. You will lead inspections with client representatives, monitor logistics, document delivery records, enforce storage procedures, and report on quality feedback to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural/construction management or related discipline.
5–8 years of precast construction experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Good knowledge of precast production, delivery and installation processes in Singapore.
Familiar with local authority requirements and regulations including BCA guidelines and Singapore Standards.
Experience collaborating with clients, consultants, RTO, and RE.
Strong understanding of quality control, NCR handling and defect management.
Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and safe construction practices.
Strong leadership, coordination and team management with ability to oversee site operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools and CAD/BIM is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of precast delivery operations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Lead coordination with clients to plan, monitor, and optimize delivery schedules across project phases.
Ensure timely delivery and site readiness in line with contractual and client requirements.
Direct and oversee daily joint inspections with client representatives for quality compliance of precast components prior to installation.
Monitor site logistics to ensure efficient offloading of precast components within timelines.
Ensure accurate documentation and control of delivery records, including trailer movement, delivery orders, and material tracking.
Establish and enforce proper storage and handling procedures for precast components; address deviations.
Consolidate and review quality feedback from RTO, RE, and clients, and provide regular reporting with recommendations for improvement.
