Job summary

HOR KEW PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced Delivery Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of precast delivery, coordinate with clients and monitor schedules for on-time project delivery.

You will ensure site readiness, supervise joint inspections with client reps, manage materials and documentation, and uphold safety and quality standards across installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of precast construction experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of precast production, delivery and installation in Singapore.
• Familiarity with BCA guidelines and Singapore Standards.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, RTO and RE.
• Strong understanding of quality control and NCR handling.
• Knowledge of WSH regulations and safe site practices.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and team management abilities.
• Effective communication with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of precast delivery operations aligned with project timelines.
• Lead coordination with clients to plan and optimize delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery and site readiness per contractual requirements.
• Direct daily joint inspections with client representatives for QC on precast components.
• Monitor site logistics for efficient offloading within timelines.
• Maintain accurate delivery records including trailer movement and material tracking.
• Establish storage and handling procedures and report deviations.
• Consolidate quality feedback from RTO, RE, and clients with improvement recommendations.
