Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to coordinate precast activities for condominium projects in Singapore. You will draw precast components, monitor production schedules, and liaise with consultants on technical requirements.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience, plus strong communication and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. 5-day week with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in precast coordination in condominium projects.
• Experience in aluminium façade works will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to resolve issues independently.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Working hours: 5-day work week, with overtime allowance beyond regular hours, subject to project requirements.

• Experience in drawing precast products.
• To monitor and advise on precast production schedule.
• To coordinate with consultant on technical requirements.
