Job summary

China Construction Realty Co. Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Civil/Precast Engineer to join our Singapore team. The role focuses on precast drawings, production scheduling, and coordination with consultants and the precast yard to ensure technical compliance.

You will attend coordination meetings, perform QAQC checks daily, and leverage your 5+ years of condominium project experience. The position offers a 5-day work week with overtime as required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in civil engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience on condominium projects.
• Aluminium facade experience is advantageous.
• Strong professional attitude and appearance.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• 5-day work week; overtime may be required per project.

Responsibilities

• Experience in drawing precast products.
• Monitor and advise on precast production schedule.
• Coordinate with consultant on technical requirements.
• Attend coordination meetings.
• Coordinate with precast yard on technical details and assistance.
• Conduct QAQC daily checks.
• Other work related precast coordination.
