InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a strategic PR leader to shape the regional public relations agenda across East Asia Pacific. This role focuses on driving awareness, reputation, and consumer engagement through multi-market storytelling and senior stakeholder partnerships.

You will steer campaigns, coordinate with global teams, and measure impact to support business growth across diverse markets in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in public relations or related field.
• Experience in regional/global organisations preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communications strategies.
• Strong writing, storytelling and media relations skills.
• Experience leading agencies and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the EAPAC PR strategy and calendar across markets.
• Lead external communications initiatives across SEA, Korea, and wider EAPAC, aligning with global campaigns.
• Build relationships with media, journalists, influencers, agencies to secure earned coverage.
• Collaborate with brand, commercial, marketing, and social teams to deliver integrated plans.
• Lead agency management, measurement, budget oversight, and ROI reporting.
