Job summary

Keppel Ltd. is seeking an experienced Power Plant Engineering Manager in Singapore to lead a multi-disciplinary team. You will drive reliability improvements, manage maintenance planning, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

The role requires extensive power plant operations/maintenance experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard continuous plant availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s in engineering from a recognised university.
• 15 years of power-plant related technical operations/maintenance experience.
• Experience in erection, commissioning and start-up of modern power stations.
• Strong knowledge of Combined Cycle Power Station operations and O&M.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management practices.
• Able to lead diverse teams and handle high-pressure outages.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sound HSE culture and legal compliance for all activities in Power Plants.
• Manage and document Change Management (MOC) within the Quality Management system.
• Identify, propose and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency of Power Plants.
• Support the team to achieve highest reliability and fast recovery during outages.
• Liaise with LTSA contractors and internal/external stakeholders to safeguard plant performance.
