Job summary

Personnel Link JobHub Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Portfolio Associate (or Senior Portfolio Associate) in Singapore to support equities, emerging markets, multi-asset and hedge fund portfolios.

You will monitor positions, assist with rebalancing, and drive trades from order to settlement. The role also involves performance attribution and leveraging data, automation, and AI tools to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Degree with 2 to 6 years of related work experience.
• Experience in trade booking confirmation, settlement, reconciliation and resolving trade breaks.
• Cash equities, corporate actions, equity futures or swaps; settlement and FX funding.
• Fixed income knowledge: bond trading or settlement, fixed income portfolio support, OTC derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Supports Equities, Emerging Markets, multi-asset and hedge fund portfolios.
• Monitoring positions and cash.
• Supporting rebalancing and getting trades done.
• Following trades from order through to settlement and resolving problems.
• Checking positions against client guidelines.
• Performance and attribution analysis.
• Using data, automation and AI tools to improve processes.
