Bank of Singapore is seeking an Investment Analyst to collaborate with Investment Advisors in supporting Relationship Managers with client portfolios.

The role involves assisting with portfolio proposals and reviews, facilitating trade execution, and delivering timely reporting. You will contribute to analytics, strategy decks, and coordination with CIO teams to ensure compliant, high‑quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with portfolio proposals, reviews and reporting decks.
• Facilitating trade execution and managing the trade life cycle, including price discovery and order execution.
• Providing timely trade confirmations and ensuring accuracy in portfolio margins/fixings.
• Supporting business analytics and development of IA strategy decks.
• Coordinating weekly sales meetings with IA and CIO teams for alignment.
• Shadowing Investment Advisors on client relationships for seamless service delivery.
• Monitoring complex trades, including structured products and derivatives, and updating clients.
• Disseminating house views and product information to clients to boost engagement.
• Ensuring adherence to internal/external regulations and policies.
• Helping CIO team build portfolios for discretionary/advisory solutions to meet objectives.
