Job summary

E3G in Singapore is seeking a Senior Policy Advisor to grow the PPCA's diplomatic presence in Southeast Asia. You will lead government and NGO relationships and advance the Coal Transition Partnership in the region.

Working with the regional lead, you will shape engaging policy messaging, coordinate events, and help build an inclusive culture within the PPCA Secretariat hosted by E3G. This role blends diplomacy, policy insight and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in diplomacy or international engagement with policy experience in climate, energy or just transition.
• Strong initiative, organisation and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Ability to work autonomously across diverse cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the PPCA’s diplomatic outreach in Southeast Asia with governments, partners and stakeholders.
• Advance the Coal Transition Partnership Programme in the region with the central PPCA team.
• Oversee PPCA events, defining objectives and delivering outcomes.
• Advise on PPCA policy and finance products for regional audiences.
• Coordinate with the E3G SEA Regional Lead and PPCA Communications Manager for a unified regional approach.
• Foster an inclusive, creative, learning-oriented culture within the PPCA Secretariat.
