Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an experienced MSH Program Manager to partner with the leadership team and translate site strategy into executable plans.

You will establish governance, drive cross-functional alignment, surface risks, and provide leadership visibility across readiness, ramp, and capability-transfer activities. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Supplier teams to enable timely, data-driven decisions, maintain PMO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project or program-management experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar.
• Experience supporting senior leaders through governance forums, executive reporting, and cross‑organizational alignment.
• Strong command of integrated planning, milestone and phase‑gate governance, RAID management, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Translate MSH priorities into an integrated program roadmap with milestones and ownership.
• Establish PMO cadence, reviews, decision briefs, and action tracking to closures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional plans for site readiness, ramp, and qualification.
• Manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies with escalation and mitigation plans.
• Develop executive dashboards and narratives on milestones, readiness, and KPI trends.
• Standardize PMO templates and leverage tools to improve data quality and decision speed.
