Micron is seeking an experienced MSH Program Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team. The role will establish operating cadence, governance, and cross-functional alignment to translate site strategy into executable plans and drive timely decision-making and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities include integrating facilities, planning, engineering, quality, and finance workstreams for readiness and ramp.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, operations management, supply chain, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional programs in complex manufacturing environments.
Proven governance, leadership, and executive reporting capabilities.
Strong program-management and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilidades

Translate site strategy into executable program plans with clear milestones and ownership.
Establish and run PMO cadence, reviews, phase gates, and executive follow-ups.
Prepare leadership materials and ensure decisions are documented and tracked.
Coordinate readiness, ramp, and capability transfer across facilities, operations, and engineering.
Maintain end-to-end readiness view across multiple functions and supplier workstreams.
Identify risks, dependencies, and drive mitigation and recovery plans.
Provide data-driven insights and executive-ready reporting on milestones and KPI trends.
