Job summary

EVYONIC SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced IT Delivery Lead for Banking & Financial Services initiatives in Singapore.

You will manage end-to-end delivery across Digital Banking, Payments & SWIFT, and Regulatory Technology, applying Agile/Scrum practices, risk and dependency management, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires deep domain expertise in Payments & SWIFT, Digital Banking, AML/KYC/regulatory reporting, and strong business analysis and testing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Extensive experience delivering complex IT programs in Banking & Financial Services.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum, backlog management, RAID and risk handling.
• Domain expertise in Payments & SWIFT and Digital Banking initiatives.
• Experience with Regulatory Technology and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Banking/FinTech IT projects.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlogs.
• Drive Payments & SWIFT initiatives across multiple payment types.
• Oversee Digital Banking implementations (onboarding, core banking, cards).
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable specs.
• Conduct business analysis, stakeholder workshops, and solution discussions.
• Lead test strategy, SIT/UAT, regression testing, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Banking and Financial Services IT initiatives across Digital Banking, Payments & SWIFT, and Regulatory Technology.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, Scrum ceremonies, RAID management, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
• Drive Payments & SWIFT projects covering Fast Payments, GIRO, MEPS, PayNow, Telegraphic Transfers, Bulk Payments, SWIFT MT103/MT202/MT202COV, and SWIFT GPI.
• Oversee Digital Banking initiatives involving Digital Client Onboarding, Core Banking, Cards, Trade Finance, and customer-facing banking solutions.
• Translate Regulatory Technology requirements across AML/KYC, Fraud, Credit Risk, and Regulatory/Transaction Reporting into functional specifications and deliverables.
• Conduct Business Analysis activities, including requirements elicitation, gap and process analysis, functional specifications, stakeholder workshops, and solution discussions.
• Lead Test Management activities, including test strategy, SIT/UAT planning, regression testing, defect management, test execution, and production readiness.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, compliance, risk, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Banking & Financial Services IT, with strong experience in end-to-end Project Delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint and backlog management, RAID, risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Strong domain expertise in Payments & SWIFT, including Fast Payments, GIRO, MEPS, PayNow, Telegraphic Transfers, Bulk Payments, SWIFT MT103/MT202/MT202COV, and SWIFT GPI.
• Strong experience in delivering Digital Banking solutions involving Digital Client Onboarding, Core Banking, Cards, and Trade Finance.
• Strong experience in Regulatory Technology, including AML/KYC, Fraud, Credit Risk, and Regulatory/Transaction Reporting.
• Strong Business Analysis skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, process analysis, functional specifications, and stakeholder management.
• Strong Test Management experience in covering test strategy, SIT/UAT, regression testing, defect management, and quality governance.
• Strong Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SQL.
