Riskdata Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Analyst to support the PMO across technology and business projects. You will assist in tracking, governance, financial management, resource coordination and vendor management to ensure projects stay within scope, time and budget.

The role involves collaboration with Project Managers, business stakeholders and technology teams, producing regular reports and dashboards, and maintaining reliable PMO documentation across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Project Analysis or Project Coordination.
  • Strong experience in project tracking, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience in project financial management including budgeting and expenditure monitoring.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and monitoring vendor deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities across the project lifecycle.
  • Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables, dependencies and activities.
  • Monitor progress against scope, schedule and objectives; maintain plans and schedules.
  • Prepare regular status reports, dashboards and RAID logs; support governance meetings and action follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with Finance, PMs and vendors on financial matters and maintain records.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst to support Project Management Office (PMO) activities across technology and business projects. The role will be responsible for project tracking, governance, financial management, resource coordination, vendor management, reporting and stakeholder coordination.

The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to ensure projects are effectively monitored and delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and scope.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & PMO
  • Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and key activities.
  • Monitor project progress against agreed scope, schedule and objectives.
  • Maintain project plans, action trackers and project schedules.
  • Identify and escalation project risks, issues and dependencies to the relevant stakeholders.
Project Reporting & Governance
  • Prepare regular project status reports, management reports and project dashboards.
  • Maintain PMO documentation, including RAID logs, action trackers, change requests and meeting minutes.
  • Consolidate project updates from different workstreams and prepare reports for management review.
  • Support project governance meetings and ensure follow-up on decisions and action items.
  • Ensure project documentation and reporting are maintained accurately and on a timely basis.
Financial Management
  • Track project budgets, expenditure, invoices and financial commitments.
  • Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets and highlight variances.
  • Support project financial forecasting and budget reporting.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Project Managers and vendors on project-related financial matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of project financial information.
Resource Management
  • Track project resource allocation and utilization across project workstreams.
  • Support resource planning and monitor resource requirements against project schedules.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and relevant stakeholders on resource availability and allocation.
Vendor Management
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers supporting project activities.
  • Track vendor deliverables, milestones, invoices and contractual commitments.
  • Monitor vendor performance and follow up on outstanding actions and deliverables.
  • Support vendor-related project administration and reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a central coordination point between Project Managers, business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors.
  • Coordinate project meetings, discussions, action items and follow-ups.
  • Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders and ensure timely communication of project updates.
  • Support effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Tools & Methodologies
  • Support projects delivered through Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Maintain project information using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Support project planning, tracking and reporting activities using appropriate PMO tools and processes.
Required Competencies and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Project Analysis or Project Coordination.
  • Strong experience in project tracking, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience in project financial management, including budget tracking, expenditure monitoring and invoice management.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and monitoring vendor deliverables and performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify project trends, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Jira, Confluence and/or Power BI.
  • Experience working across multiple projects or workstreams in a structured PMO environment.
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in Banking, Financial Services or Fintech environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology or enterprise projects.
  • Experience working with large multinational or Fortune 500 organisations.
  • Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in Project Management, PMO, PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum will be advantageous.
