Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Project Manager with over 7-10 years of experience in project management to lead complex implementations in HealthTech and InsurTech. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The suitable candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with project management certifications. It requires strong leadership capabilities and expertise in delivering large-scale technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in project management with technology or digital transformation.
• Experience in HealthTech, InsurTech, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Identify risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and address them.
• Collect feedback and implement best practices to improve project management processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members.

Skills

Project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project

Understanding of system integrations and enterprise technology

Building relationships across diverse teams

Analytical decision-making

Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
