Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Health Specialist to develop the analytic vision of offerings and lead a team of data scientists and engineers. This role is pivotal for coordinating product management and technical expertise to enhance product offerings.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in healthcare analytics product development, leadership experience, and a strong knowledge of wellness and health insurance data.

Qualifications

• Proven success developing healthcare analytics products.
• Experience in disease/population health and program reporting.
• Leadership of the end-to-end product design process.
• Knowledge of wellness and health insurance data.

Responsibilities

• Understand health analytical landscape to inform product development.
• Assist product owners in formulating product solution road map.
• Lead conceptualization, design, and maintenance of analytical architecture.
• Oversee product delivery outcomes and planning.
• Create internal and external documentation.
• Assist in creation of governance processes for product delivery.
• Communicate across the organization from staff to executive level.
