Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft platform technologies, Azure, and GCC.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience working in government or regulated environments a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring for Dynamics upgrade and cloud migration.
• Manage cross-functional teams (development, QA, architecture).
• Work with stakeholders to define scope, milestones, deliverables.
• Track project progress, manage risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with government cloud and security policies.
