Job summary

Cognizant Singapore is seeking a Project Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to lead an Alumni System implementation, migration, licensing and support. You will be the primary liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, guiding planning, delivery, testing and go-live readiness.

The role covers requirements workshops, risk management, budget oversight, and post-go-live transition, with a focus on security and compliance in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Degree in IT/engineering or related discipline.
PM certifications preferred (PMP/PRINCE2).
Agile/Scrum certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Alumni System project.
Manage scope, budget, timeline and quality expectations.
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams.
Oversee data migration, testing, deployment and training.
Ensure governance, security and compliance across the project.
