Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Platform Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps) for a fixed-term contract through 30 November 2028. You will lead DevOps practices, automate CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure, scalable on‑prem and cloud infrastructure.

Formación

• 5+ years of DevOps experience, with on-prem and cloud exposure.
• Strong CI/CD and Agile practices for native and cloud apps.
• Experience building highly available, scalable infrastructure.
• Proficient in Kubernetes, GitLab, and automation tooling like Ansible.

• Define and evolve Build and Release practices for high availability, resiliency, scalability, and security.
• Provide DevOps architecture implementation, operation support and documentation.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce hosting costs and improve efficiency.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and centrally hosted monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot platform/app issues across domains.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and teams to design scalable features for productivity and autonomous delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning.
• Oversee infrastructure procurement and implementation in government-related contexts.

We are looking for a Senior Platform Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps) to join us! This will be offered as a contract employment till 30 November 2028. The role is subjected to extension based on performance.

You will be working on:

• Be the DevOps Subject Matter Expert in the Engineering team by defining and evolving Build and Release best practices, ensuring the system compliance to the highest of standards and meeting the requirements for high availability, resiliency, scalability, and security throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
• Provide DevOps architecture implementation, operation support and documentation.
• Participate in automation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and reduce hosting cost.
• Enhance and drive automation delivery.
• Participating in technical discussion with existing & potential clients and internal teams,
• Participate in research and development to deliver complex on-premises solution
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members, whilst fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Develop, operate, and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines, as well as centrally hosted components including system monitoring tools of performance, utilization, and health.
• System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Platform Team, Solution Architects and development teams to design, develop, optimize, and implement scalable features for higher developer productivity, environment monitoring, self-healing, and autonomous delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience as DevOps engineer with expertise in designing and implementing complex IaaS and DevOps solutions.
• 5 years of experience in On-Prem ( preferred ) and Cloud platforms mainly on automation of Infrastructure configuration and management
• Sound knowledge in DevOps development techniques, such as CI/CD and Agile, for both native and cloud applications
• Proficient in building and managing highly available and scalable IT infrastructure, with knowledge on Container/Virtualization such as Kubernetes, version control tools such as Gitlab and Continuous integration and deployment tools such as Gitlab CI/CD, JFrog, XWiki, etc.
• Proficiency with at least one of these languages: Python/PowerShell/Ruby/C#/Javascript
• Design, implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code platforms with strong focus on Ansible for configuration management
• Deploy and manage monitoring tools of infrastructure performance, utilization, and health.
• Experience with patch maintenance, regression testing and security incident response.
• Ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• Knowledge on coding and scripting to achieve Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Infrastructure Automation
• Have the technical skill to review, verify and validate the software code developed in the project.
• Experienced in leading infrastructure procurement and implementation in government sector is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and deliver results within specified deadlines
• Should have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with users, vendors and management.
• Define standards and processes for monitoring one or more multiple DevSecOps services
