Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) invites a seasoned technical leader to drive NC3 Day 2 operations, blending hands-on engineering with product management. Role focuses on automation, monitoring, vulnerability management and secure delivery of changes.

You will define tool roadmaps, engage stakeholders, and coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors to deliver reliable, secure services at scale from Punggol Digital District.

Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent in IT, CS, cybersecurity or engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical operations across infrastructure observability, vulnerability and patch management, asset and configuration management, backup and recovery, firewall, account and log reviews, incident response and network administration.
• Diagnose platform, infrastructure, integration and performance issues; coordinate resolution across teams, vendors and service providers; verify permanent corrective actions.
• Plan and execute technical changes and releases with impact assessment, planning, testing, rollback and post-implementation review.
• Develop automation, scripts, workflows, dashboards and reports to reduce manual effort and provide timely insights.
• Define product vision, backlog for NC3 operational tools aligning with security needs and programme objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to elicit needs and translate into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineers, architects and security teams to assess options, dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, user acceptance and post-implementation reviews.
• Establish engineering and operational standards and mentor engineers in secure operations.
• Maintain architecture, runbooks and release records.

Role Purpose

Provide senior technical leadership for National Cybersecurity Command Centre (NC3) Day 2 operations and product improvement. The role combines hands‑on engineering with product‑management responsibilities, translating operational and user needs into prioritised enhancements, automation and reliable delivery outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations across infrastructure observability, vulnerability and patch management, asset and configuration management, backup and recovery, firewall, account and log reviews, incident response and network administration.
• Diagnose complex platform, infrastructure, integration and performance issues; coordinate resolution across engineering teams, vendors and service providers; and verify permanent corrective actions.
• Plan and execute technical changes and releases, including impact assessment, implementation planning, testing, rollback arrangements, documentation and post‑implementation review.
• Develop and maintain operational automation, scripts, workflows, dashboards and reports to reduce manual effort, improve data quality and provide timely service insights.
• Define the product vision, roadmap and backlog for assigned NC3 operational tools or capabilities, aligning priorities with operational outcomes, security needs and programme objectives.
• Engage strategic, operational and technical stakeholders to elicit user needs and translate them into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery priorities.
• Work with engineers, architects, cybersecurity teams and vendors to assess solution options, dependencies, feasibility, risks and delivery trade‑offs.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint or release planning, demonstrations, user acceptance and feedback loops, and track benefits after implementation.
• Establish engineering and operational standards, review technical designs and implementation quality, and mentor engineers in troubleshooting, automation and secure operations.
• Maintain technical and product documentation, including architecture views, runbooks, support procedures, interfaces, known issues, decisions and release records.

Note : This is a contract role until 31 March 2029, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and operational needs at that time.

Working Location : Punggol Digital District (PDD).

Requirements

• Relevant studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, platform, network, cloud, DevSecOps or cybersecurity operations, with experience leading technical workstreams.
• Strong hands‑on experience with monitoring and logging, operating systems, networks, cloud or virtualised infrastructure, vulnerability remediation, backup and recovery, and identity or access administration.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash or equivalent, and experience integrating tools through APIs, workflow platforms or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience applying Agile product‑management practices, including roadmap development, stakeholder engagement, backlog prioritisation, user stories, acceptance criteria and release planning.
• Ability to analyse operational data, identify recurring pain points and convert them into scalable product or process improvements.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, IT service‑management practices and Singapore Government requirements such as IM8 and GovTech policies and standards.
• Strong problem‑solving, technical leadership, documentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, networking, cybersecurity, ITIL, Agile or product management are advantageous.
