Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) is a GovTech subsidiary delivering technology and cyber security solutions for public sector programs. This role focuses on managing end-to-end procurement for government technology projects, from scoping to contract execution, ensuring compliant and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in public sector procurement is advantageous.
• Specific experience in procuring technology or other complex services will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated Procurement Partner to assigned clusters, managing end-to-end procurement lifecycle for government technology programs.
• Provide timely procurement advice to technical and business stakeholders to navigate the acquisition process.
• Manage full procurement and contract lifecycle for a portfolio of complex, in-flight projects to enable milestone delivery.
• Develop and execute data-driven procurement strategies using market intelligence and supply-chain insights.
• Lead tender and evaluation processes in line with Government policies with robust requirements definitions.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring accountability to contracts.
• Act as the primary contact for all procurement-related matters within your portfolio.

This is not a traditional, back-office procurement role. You will work directly with the teams that are building and securing the nation\'s digital infrastructure, with a focus on our cybersecurity portfolio.

You will manage the full procurement process for a variety of technology projects, ensuring the timely and compliant acquisition of the services and solutions needed to achieve our mission. This position is ideal for a procurement professional who is passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and wants to make a tangible impact in a high-tech environment.

Selected individual will be offered a 2 year direct contract, it is subjected to renewal based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a dedicated Procurement Partner to your assigned clusters, managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for government technology programs.
• Provide timely procurement advice and guidance to technical and business stakeholders to help them navigate the acquisition process
• Manage the full procurement and contract lifecycle for a portfolio of complex, in-flight projects, ensuring continuity of support enabling milestone delivery.
• Develop and execute data-driven procurement strategies, applying market intelligence and supply-chain insights to substantiate sourcing decisions for a wide range of technology solutions.
• Lead the tender and evaluation process in accordance with Government policies, collaborating with users to define robust requirements and ensure a fair and transparent evaluation.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance ensuring accountability to contractual obligations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all procurement-related matters within your portfolio, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in public sector procurement is advantageous.Specific experience in procuring technology, or other complex services will be highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,with an ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to manage processes and timelines effectively.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You must be a team player who is also capable of working independently to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
