Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS), a GovTech subsidiary, invites applications for a senior role to lead NC3 Day 2 operations, ensuring infrastructure and services remain secure and resilient.

You will oversee incident management, vulnerability remediation, change control, and automation with engineers and vendors, plus governance, reporting and performance metrics.

Contract until 31 March 2029, based at Punggol Digital District (PDD), with renewal potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, network, security or service operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management, observability, incident and problem management.
• Experience operating mission-critical, government or security-sensitive systems.
• Working knowledge of security controls and GovTech policies and standards.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Day 2 operations, including incident response and configuration management.
• Establish governance, SLAs, escalation paths and performance reporting for NC3 services.
• Coordinate change, release and maintenance activities with testing, approvals and rollback plans.
• Direct major-incident management and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Oversee vulnerability remediation and security operations based on risk and timelines.
• Manage internal teams, service providers and vendors; review work quality and compliance.
• Own the operations improvement roadmap with automation, dashboards and product backlog items.
• Define and monitor metrics for availability, capacity, performance, security and trends.

Job description

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech). Role Purpose

Lead NC3 Day 2 operations to ensure that infrastructure, platforms and services remain secure, resilient, available and operationally effective. The role provides overall service-management leadership, coordinates operational stakeholders and vendors, and drives continuous improvement through automation, reporting and product enhancements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Lead end-to-end Day 2 operations, including infrastructure observability, vulnerability and patch management, asset and configuration management, backup and recovery, firewall, privileged account and log reviews, incident response and network administration.
• 2. Establish operational governance, service-level objectives, escalation paths, duty arrangements, standard operating procedures and performance reporting for NC3 services.
• 3. Coordinate change, release and maintenance activities, assess operational risks and dependencies, and ensure changes are implemented with appropriate testing, approvals, rollback plans and stakeholder communications.
• 4. Direct incident and problem management, including major-incident coordination, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, lessons learnt and follow-through of preventive measures.
• 5. Oversee vulnerability remediation and security operations, prioritising work based on risk, operational impact and approved timelines, and escalating material gaps to management.
• 6. Manage internal teams, service providers and vendors; review work quality, operational deliverables, resource allocation and compliance with contractual and security obligations.
• 7. Own the operations improvement roadmap and work with engineers and product stakeholders to translate recurring issues and user needs into automation, dashboards, reports and product backlog items.
• 8. Define and monitor operational metrics covering availability, capacity, performance, security, incident trends, change success, recovery readiness and automation benefits.
• 9. Support audits, risk reviews and management reporting, ensuring that evidence, operational records, risk registers and remediation plans are complete and current.
• 10. Coach team members, build operational capability and promote disciplined, collaborative and service-oriented ways of working.
• 11. Track License / subscription expiration and product (both Hardware and software ) End of Life as well as managing SSL Certification expiration.
• 12. Support CSA for Onboarding/Exit/Transition of project to minimise disruption to operation and meet compliance requirement.

Note : This is a contract role until 31 March 2029, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and operational needs at that time. Working Location : Punggol Digital District (PDD).

• 1. Relevant studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2. At least 8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, platform, network, security or service operations, including experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
• 3. Strong knowledge of IT service management, observability, incident and problem management, change and release management, vulnerability and patch management, backup and recovery, and configuration or asset management.
• 4. Experience operating mission-critical, security-sensitive or government systems, including coordination across users, engineering teams and vendors.
• 5. Working knowledge of security controls, audit and risk-management practices, and relevant Singapore Government requirements such as IM8 and GovTech policies and standards.
• 6. Demonstrated ability to use operational data to prioritise improvements and drive automation, reporting and service-quality outcomes.
• 7. Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, analytical, decision-making and written and verbal communication skills.
• 8. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, cloud or network certifications are advantageous.
