Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is hiring an AVP, Platform & AI Infrastructure Engineer in Singapore. You will architect, deploy, and operate cloud-native platforms, AI infrastructure, and GPU-enabled workloads.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable services across cloud providers. You’ll implement observability, automation, and CI/CD pipelines while contributing to SRE practices and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures, system integration, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MariaDB/SQL Server).
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support cloud-native apps, microservices, and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and AI teams to deliver scalable, secure platform solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Support cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot production issues, driving operational excellence.
