Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting enterprise cybersecurity platforms including Splunk, QRadar, Elastic.
• Strong knowledge of security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Experience with data routing, telemetry, and data lakehouse platforms for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, reliability, and day-to-day operations of cybersecurity platforms.
• Maintain platform reliability, performance, and operational readiness through monitoring and incident management.
• Support Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and SOC operations.
• Assist platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Monitor incident response, root cause analysis, and change execution activities.
• Ensure data quality, telemetry ingestion, and storage utilization for platforms.
• Maintain ITIL-aligned support processes, governance, and SOPs.
• Provide 24x7x365 on-call operational support with global teams.
