Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, P6 Primavera.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as a team and be proactive.
• LTA experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report on project controls and progress expenditures with Project Manager.
• Lead planners in developing WBS, schedules, manpower, histograms, milestones.
• Integrate budgeting into project activities and report schedule/cost variances.
• Develop corrective actions and forecast progress trends.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with milestones and critical path status.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project plans using Primavera.
