Job summary

Gammon Construction Limited in Singapore seeks a seasoned Planning and Scheduling Specialist to lead tender planning and baseline programmes, coordinating resource allocation for tender submissions.

You will identify risks and delays, propose mitigations, assist in preparing tender drawings and method statements, and support site planning when required. Strong collaboration and proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6 are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior colleagues.
• Experience completing 2 project cycles is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and Primavera P6
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
