Job summary

SANMINA-SCI SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Support/Logistics coordinator to manage order prioritization, track WIP status, and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize orders and monitor WIP to meet OTD and customer urgency.
• Follow up on production and track status across processes (drilling, plating, routing, inspection).
• Identify bottlenecks and raise early alerts for disruptions.
• Expedite daily activities and physically follow the line to chase critical lots.
• Maintain accurate WIP records and prepare daily/weekly OTD and status reports.
• Coordinate with Production, QA and Engineering to resolve issues and ensure smooth flow.
• Provide CS communication support and updates on delivery status and delays.
• Monitor risks and propose mitigation actions to protect OTD.

Job Responsibilities

• Order Prioritization
• Monitor all WIP (Work-In-Progress) and prioritize based on OTD, customer urgency, and QTA/STD requirements.
• Production Follow-Up
• Track job status across all processes (e.g.,drilling, plating, routing, inspection).
• Bottleneck Management
• Identify constraints early (machine, manpower,material or quality issue(s)) and escalation immediately as pre alert to customers.
• Daily Expediting
• Physically walk the line to chase critical lots and ensure movement.
• Data Tracing & Reporting
• Maintain accurate WIP records and prepare daily/weekly OTD and status reports
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Liaise with Production, QA, Engineering to resolve issues and ensure smooth flow
• Customer Services ( CS ) Communication Support
• Assist in providing updates on Delivery status, give early pre-alert on delays and plan recovery.
• Risk Monitoring
• Highlight potential risks to OTD and support mitigation actions.
• Others
• Any other Ad-hoc duties as require/assigned by supervisor
