INTELLIPRO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Piping Engineer for marine, shipbuilding and FPSO projects.

You will lead design, development and installation of piping systems aboard vessels and at shipyards, ensuring alignment with international marine standards. The role requires 8+ years in piping design for offshore projects, strong ASME knowledge, CAD/analysis tools (PDMS, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Caesar II), and the ability to mentor junior engineers while adhering to safety, quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, marine, or piping engineering.
• 8+ years in piping design for shipbuilding or offshore projects, FPSO preferred.
• Proficient with PDMS, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and Caesar II.
• Willingness to travel and work offshore.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and installation of piping systems for marine vessels, shipyards, and FPSO projects.
• Ensure compliance with international marine standards, ASME codes, and classification society requirements (ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register).
• Prepare and review piping layouts, isometric drawings, and material specifications.
• Conduct stress analysis, hydraulic calculations, and ensure integrity of piping systems under marine and offshore conditions.
• Supervise fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities at shipyards and offshore sites.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to junior engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
