Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on photonics design, integration, or process engineering.
• Familiarity with photonics simulation and layout tools.
• Experience working with external manufacturing/foundry partners is a plus.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and characterize photonic components and integrated circuits.
• Work with manufacturing partners on process development and product qualification.
• Develop test methodologies for optical device characterization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with packaging, process, and systems engineering teams.
