Qualifications

Ph.D. in EE, MSE, Physics or Chem Eng with 3+ years in photolithography.
Alternatively, Master’s in the same fields with 5+ years.
Deep expertise in optics, immersion lithography and low k1 imaging.
Proven ability to define photolithography roadmaps.
Proficiency in lithography simulations, material characterization and statistics.
Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes and memory architectures.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development and optimization of photolithography processes for advanced nodes.
Translate device requirements into process specs and equipment roadmaps.
Drive early adoption of innovative process solutions to improve margins.
Collaborate with global R&D and manufacturing for technology transfer.
Partner with suppliers to accelerate breakthroughs and manage vendor relations.
Implement advanced process control using DOE, statistics and simulations.
Develop IP via patents/publications and mentor junior staff.
