Qualifications

PhD or Master's with ≥3 years, or Bachelor's with ≥5 years in EE/MSE/CE/Physics or related field with foundational semiconductor photolithography experience.
Strong fundamentals in photolithography, optics, immersion lithography, and low k1 imaging.
Proficiency in DOE, SPC, and basic statistical data analysis; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of technical documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Execute photolithography process development, optimization, and troubleshooting to meet yield, quality, and performance targets.
Perform DOE, SPC, and statistical analyses to characterize process behavior and identify improvements.
Support material evaluations, defect learning, overlay analysis, and process window characterization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, etch, metrology, and yield engineering.
Document procedures, results, and learnings in technical reports and presentations; support tech transfer and AI-enabled improvements.
