Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD ≥5 years, or Master’s ≥7 years, or Bachelor’s ≥10 years in a related field with semiconductor photolithography experience.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and executing photolithography process development.

Responsibilities

• Lead photolithography process development across advanced technology nodes.
• Define and execute process and equipment roadmaps aligned with future device requirements.
• Mentor engineers and drive AI-assisted efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to accelerate breakthrough solutions.
