Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer to drive photolithography process development for advanced memory technologies. You will perform hands-on experimentation, analyze data, and push for yield and quality improvements under guidance from senior technical leaders.

The role requires strong fundamentals in photolithography, optics, and statistical data analysis, with collaboration across multiple teams to translate experiments into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• PhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s with relevant photolithography process development experience.
• Foundational experience in semiconductor photolithography and process development.
• Experience applying DOE and statistical methods to process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Execute photolithography process development, optimization, and troubleshooting to meet yield and quality targets.
• Perform DOE, SPC, and statistical analyses to characterize process behavior and identify improvements.
• Support material evaluations, defect learning, overlay analysis, and process window characterization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, etch, metrology, and yield engineering.
• Document procedures and results; contribute to technology transfer and AI-enabled improvements.
