Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Principal Engineer to provide technical leadership for advanced photolithography development programs, defining roadmaps that improve margin, scalability, and manufacturability.

You will mentor engineers, drive innovation across development teams, and partner with suppliers to accelerate breakthrough solutions, including AI-enabled tooling and data analytics to enhance efficiency and quality.

Formación

Experience defining and executing photolithography process & equipment roadmaps.
Deep knowledge of optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging.
Advanced proficiency in lithography simulation tools, material characterization, DOE, SPC, and basic statistical data analysis.

Responsabilidades

Lead photolithography process development across advanced technology nodes.
Define and execute process and equipment roadmaps aligned with future device requirements.
Drive early adoption of innovative materials, processes, and patterning schemes.
Lead cross-functional development programs and influence integration decisions.
Partner with suppliers to accelerate breakthrough solutions.
