SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) invites you to join our Photo Department as a Senior Equipment Engineer.

You will sustain and improve equipment performance, provide first-line technical support, and help ensure reliable semiconductor fabrication in a fast-paced environment. With a Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics and 1–3 years in semiconductor manufacturing, you will also engage in preventive maintenance, spares management, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

1-3 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Engineering knowledge related to semiconductor devices theory and wafer fabrication processes.
PRO Z experience (minimally 1 year)

Responsibilities

Sustain and improve equipment performance indices to meet operational goals.
Perform preventive maintenance and Level 1 & 2 troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability.
Set up systems to ensure uninterrupted supply of dummy wafers/chemicals/coater cups.
Control and optimize spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
Document preventive maintenance and recovery procedures, track machine performance, and review data for CI.
Forecast preventive maintenance schedule and spares/consumables usage.
Ensure calibration of measuring instruments is done timely and within specs.
