Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (Eastern General Hospital) is seeking a dedicated Senior/Associate Executive, Pharmacy to support the Pharmacy Division's setup and operations in Bedok North. The role provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior leadership, coordinating meetings, onboarding activities, financial processes, and departmental administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline with 2–4 years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational skills with attention to detail and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee administrative, secretarial, document management, scheduling, and office support functions to ensure smooth Pharmacy Division operations.
• Manage claims, payment requisitions, billing, procurement processes, invoice verification, and inventory replenishment.
• Ensure workplace safety, security access control, visitor management, and maintenance of clean and functional work areas.
• Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding, training registrations, professional certification tracking, and learning administration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, implementing, and supporting process and service enhancements.
