Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelore29s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3a05 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficient knowledge of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and quality control procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating organization and proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality control and process improvement initiatives for perishable supplies and processing departments.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to define and uphold purchase standards, specifications, and freshness criteria for incoming perishable supplies.
• Develop and refine receiving standards and SOPs for all fresh supply intake.
• Establish and monitor operating standards for processing departments to ensure consistent quality.
• Audit daily outgoing supplies to verify compliance with prescribed quality and freshness standards.
• Design and prepare on-the-job training manuals and visual materials for new processing staff.
• Deliver training to designated staff on correct operation and handling of processing equipment and machinery.
• Develop incentive programs for processing and quality control teams to boost productivity and reduce shrinkage.
