Upper Spring Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Consultant to complement the existing team of consultants. You will provide functional consulting across the full systems development lifecycle and act as SME for clients.

Key responsibilities include leading fit/gap, configuration, testing, and helping clients integrate PeopleSoft into their environments while advising on risks and best practices. Strong consulting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years PeopleSoft experience.
• PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher.
• Upgrade and implementation experience (Campus Solution, HRMS or Financials).
• Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Setup and Testing.
• Functional lead in full lifecycle implementations across processes and reports.
• Solid understanding of processes and reports.
• Consulting skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting by acting as SME and leading clients through the SDLC.
• Lead all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing.
• Assist clients in integrating PeopleSoft into their environments and share best practices.
• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on processes or systems.
• Configure PeopleSoft to meet client business requirements.
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Report progress to clients and project managers.
• Share knowledge to improve implementation methodology.
