Job summary

JonDavidson Pte Ltd is seeking experienced PeopleSoft consultants to oversee client projects and lead functional teams. The role requires deep knowledge of PeopleSoft lifecycle implementations and strong stakeholder communication.

Professionals will work on campus solutions modules, including student records and financial aid, with potential deployment at the client's site. Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years PeopleSoft experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher.
• Upgrade, implementation and data migration experience.
• Ability to cover all project phases from previews to testing.
• Functional lead for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules such as Student Records, Financial Aid, or Admissions.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting as SME and guide clients through the full SDLC.
• Lead fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, and setup activities.
• Assist with integrating PeopleSoft into client environments and advise on best practices.
• Manage end-to-end change requests, maintenance and support tickets.
• Report progress to clients and project managers; seek process improvements.

Job description

An IT service provider has a requirement to engage experienced techno-functional consultant(s) to manage its PeopleSoft projects. Pending project, the successful candidate may be stationed at the client’s site.

Responsibilities

• Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
• Work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing
• Assist clients in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices
• Manage end-to-end change requests, system maintenance and supports (incl tickets handling)
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Configure/customize the system and/or to develop functionalities to meet each client’s unique business requirements
• Report progress to clients and project managers
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft solutions
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
• Provision of solutions to meet client’s requirements and effective operational support, completing tasks in timely manner without disrupting services

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years PeopleSoft experience
• PeopleSoft 9.0 experience or higher
• Upgrade, implementation and data migration experience
• Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Setup and Testing
• Technically solid with PeopleSoft full lifecycle implementations as a functional lead for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (Student Records, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, Student Financials, or Admissions)
• Clear and effective communication
• Consistently produce clear, concise status reports
