About The Role

As we enter new markets across APAC, in-region presence is not just valuable but essential. We are hiring a Senior People Business Partner who can build from scratch: standing up HR infrastructure, navigating novel compliance environments across jurisdictions, and serving as the first People Business Partner presence APAC employees will know at CoreWeave. This role operates with significant autonomy, requiring sound, independent judgements across novel situations, and partners closely with a People Ops counterpart to build a cohesive model. Your Impact Will Be Felt Across Various Dimensions

• Strategic Partnership: Serve as an influential thought partner to APAC leaders, helping translate business goals into people decisions that improve execution, support growth, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
• HR Infrastructure Build: Partner with the People Ops counterpart to stand up in-region HR infrastructure
• Regional Compliance: Navigate in-country employment compliance
• Global Program Adaptation: Ensure global programs resonate for APAC context and land with local relevance.
• DC Ops Coordination: Support Data Center Operations coordination as data centers come online across the region, partnering with the DC Ops HR team on workforce and people needs.
• Execute with Impact: Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, stepping into the details when needed to ensure people programs land and deliver measurable impact across a new region.
• Pattern Recognition & Insights: Leverage data, observations, and experience to identify emerging trends in a new and growing population—surfacing signals proactively and synthesizing them into clear actions for leaders.
• Data & Visibility: Provide leadership with clear data and insights on the APAC population, enabling better decision‑making for BU leaders and building the foundation for exponential value as the region scales.

What We Offer

The base salary for this role is SGD116,000 - SGD146,000 gross annually. The range we’ve posted represents the typical compensation range for this role. To determine actual compensation, we take into account objective and gender‑neutral criteria, such as qualifications and experience. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
