Job summary

CPF Board's Retirement Decumulation Systems team seeks a Pega Developer to design, build, and maintain Pega-based systems supporting retirement withdrawal services for CPF members. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions that enable members to decumulate effectively during retirement years.

The role covers end-to-end SDLC and requires strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT experience in Agile and SDLC across end-to-end delivery.
• Experience in Pega Version 7+ including development, case management, workflow config, and rule design.
• Experience designing solutions with Pega framework or supporting components.
• Experience in Java, J2EE and relational databases (DB2/Oracle).
• Pega CSA/CSSA certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse business requirements and translate into use cases.
• Prepare workflow, develop technical specs and feasibility studies.
• Prepare project plans and documentation per standards.
• Code, provide systems support, SIT, UAT across SDLC.
• Provide user support and resolve incidents; collaborate with stakeholders.
