Job summary

opus it services pte ltd seeks a Senior Pega Developer to support development, enhancement and production support of Pega applications in Singapore. You will implement case management, data pages and integrations, and perform incident triage and root cause analysis.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Pega experience, CSA certification, and strong collaboration with analysts, architects and vendors. On-site work with travel and delivery of quality governance and documentation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Pega application development, implementation and application support experience.
• Pega CSA certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Platform including Case Management, Flows, Data Pages, Activities, Decision Rules, UI, Integrations, Reports, Correspondence, Queue Processors, Job Schedulers and security configuration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test and deploy Pega applications, including case management, workflows, data pages, decision rules, UI components and integrations.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, infrastructure teams and external vendors.
• Prepare technical and operational documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior developers and support teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, maintainability and operational processes.

• Experience supporting production systems, including incident investigation, defect resolution, root cause analysis, impact analysis and enhancement delivery.
• Experience troubleshooting REST APIs, web services, messaging and enterprise system integrations.
• Knowledge of Pega troubleshooting tools such as Clipboard, Tracer, Live UI, Performance Analyzer (PAL) and log analysis.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Added Advantage:

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Experience with Pega Cloud SaaS or Pega Cloud migration projects.
• Exposure to Pega Infinity 25 features and capabilities.

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 2 years
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (Work performed outside stated working hours may be compensated with OIL and transport reimbursement, subject to approval.)
